The email templates are the emails the Staylive system sends out automatically to the customers. For example when creating an account, canceling a subscription or buys a giftcard.

You are able to edit the message in the emails and the design of it, but you are not able to create new templates. The email templates are available in all the languages you have on the platform and needs to be edited one by one.

The email templates can be found in marketing & communication - email templates.

Edit email template

Select the email template you would like to edit.
Press edit or click on the row to edit the template for that language

Template editor

In the editor you are able to add components such as a new heading, image, button. You can also click on the compontents in the email preview to edit it.

Content tab: All the components that you can add to the email. Click and drag and place the component in the email.
Blocks: If you want to add information in a different columns in the email. Can be place at the top and bottom of the email.
Body: Change the general settings of the email, such as background color, text color.

Preview

You are able to press the eye icon in the email template to get a preview of how it looks like when receiving the email.

Save

Once you save it will be live for all users.
