How to stream with the Staylive broadcaster app

Staylive Broadcaster makes it easy to broadcast your livestreams using a mobile phone or tablet for iOS and Android. Stream directly to your platform, to reach out and provide unique value to your fans, supporters and followers. Use multicamera production with two devices --> improve the viewer experience.

In Staylive Broadcaster you can create a graphical overlay which can be seen as a media channel for sponsors and branding by adding logos and commercial offers directly into the livestream.

To be able to start streaming with the broadcaster app you need a invitation to the plattform in Staylive dashboard.

Usage areas for Staylive Broadcaster

The app can be used for all smaller productions of a live broadcast. The mobile phone or tablet acts as a camera for the live broadcast. If you want to start broadcasting a youth tournament or a training match for example, but do not have access to an advanced camera - use Staylive Broadcaster!

Start streaming

The first step before you start broadcasting is to create a livestream in the dashboard, "content - livestreams". If you want to do a test streaming, you can create a private livestream so that it is not visible on the platform.

Once the livestream is created, log in to the Staylive Broadcaster app with the same login details as in the dashboard. You need to have at least producer access in the dashboard to be able to stream with the app. Follow the steps in the app and select your livestream. Signal health and an overview of the stream can be seen in the livestream in the dashboard.
