Create a voucher
Vouchers can be created and manage by platform owners and platform admins.
The voucher tab is located in “Vouchers & Discounts - Vouchers” in dashboard.
Create a voucher group where you can sort your vouchers. All vouchers in a group will contain the same discount.
One tip for naming the groups could be naming them after events, seasons, clubs etc.
Set name for the group. Preferably a name that makes you understand which vouchers are included.
Description of what the group contains. This is optional.
You can set a validity for the whole group to make the vouchers in this group to only be valid between these dates. This is optional.
Press the button "add vouchers".
Select if you would like to create a single voucher, with a name of your choice, or a multiple voucher where the system generates the name for you containing letters and numbers.
The name of the single voucher need to be unique and can’t be changed.
For a single voucher you add a name for the voucher
For multiple voucher you add how many vouchers you will create.
“Max redemptions” is how many times the voucher can be redeemed. The same voucher can only be used once for the same user.
In advanced settings you can also set a validity for the specific code in the group.
When the vouchers are added you will get an overview of them. Here you can see if it is valid, how long it is valid for, how many times it has been redeemed and also see the users who redeemed the voucher. You can also edit the voucher if you would like to change the validity date or change the amount of redemptions. A voucher that haven't been redeemed by a user can be deleted.
You can’t change the name of a voucher or reuse it in another voucher group. Remember to create a voucher that is unique.
Press the "add discount" button. All vouchers in the group will have the same discount.
You can add a discount for subscriptions, videos, livestreams or packages.
Step 1 - Choose product. You can choose one or multiple.
Step 2 - Choose discount type - percentage, flat or trial. Set the value of the discount.
If you choose subscription you can choose for how many cycles the discount should be valid
Step 3 - Preview.
You get a preview of the discount before you create it. Press create.
In the overview page of the voucher group you can delete a discount and add another discount to the same vouchers.
