Create a new subscription
Your platform can have multiple subscription with different prices connected to one or more channels. This guide shows you how to create a new subscription. Go to Products - Subscriptions.
Log in to your StayLive Dashboard - https://dashboard.staylive.io
Select Products - Subscriptions in the sidebar menu.
Click on the Create new subscription button.
This opens a page where you must fill out relevant info about the new subscription. Most options are self explanatory while others need extra attention:
First you must set name for you subscription and a description of what the subscription contain or what the viewers are buying.
Set a price for your subscription, this is the recurring price for the subscription. We support several currencies in this option.
You also have the option to add multiple currencies for the subscription, that is managed in the platform tab - currencies.
Set a billing interval for the subscription. Will it be paid e.g. monthly, quarterly, yearly choose one option in the dropdown menu. You also have the possibility to set trial days for the subscription.
The subscription you create gives access to the channels you select here. Which means that all content you upload to the channel will automatically be included in the subscription. You can change this option later.
A product display is a product page on your platform. Usually found in the /subscribe page on the platform. There's typically one product display page per platform but it's possible to have several product displays.
You can add a geo restriction to your subscription making it visible/not visible in specific countries of the world. Create your geo restriction in the "Content tab - Geo restrictions".
Press the button "create subscription" to add it to your platform.
The visibility of your subscription depends on the combination of the Private and Select checkout options:
If checked, the subscription is hidden from the purchase options next to the video/livestream. It can still be linked to and is visible on checkout pages if connected.
A subscription can be connected to one or more checkout pages. If connected the subscription will be displayed on the checkout page even if it's private (hidden from purchase options next to video/livestream).
If this option is selected the subscription will be hidden on your platform and can't be purchased.

Geo restriction
You can add a geo restriction to your subscription making it visible/not visible in specific countries of the world. Create your geo restriction in the "Content tab - Geo restrictions".
Create subscription
Press the button "create subscription" to add it to your platform.
Visibility
